Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your artwork. Please review the return policy below, which varies depending on the type of item purchased.

Originals (One-of-a-Kind Artwork)

  • Final Sale – All original charcoal drawings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Because originals are one-of-a-kind pieces, once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All originals are shipped insured. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will assist you with the carrier’s insurance claim process.

Open Edition Prints

  • Return Window – Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition – Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Prints that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Limited Edition Prints

  • Return Window – Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition – Limited editions must be returned in original condition, with the certificate of authenticity (if provided). Missing or damaged certificates may reduce or void the refund.

  • Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for limited edition returns, due to their collectible nature.

  • Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
