1. Online Store Terms

2. Products and Artwork
All products are offered subject to availability. While we make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions, variations in color or texture may occur depending on screen display or printing process. Original artwork remains the intellectual property of Ricardo Jasso (Charcotik) and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Orders and Payment
We accept payments through Shopify Payments and other supported payment methods. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Print orders are typically fulfilled within 1–7 business days before shipping. Originals are shipped insured with FedEx or another carrier. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or damages beyond our control. For insured shipments of originals, we will file any necessary claims directly with the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds
Please review our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility and process. Prints may be eligible for return under certain conditions, while original artwork sales are considered final except in cases of damage during transit.

6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on this website are the property of Charcotik. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
